You can return any product within 14 days of receiving your order if the items are unused, undamaged and in their original packaging. Any item that does not meet these conditions cannot be refunded.
 
Please indicate in your parcel that it is a return, the reason for the return as well as your customer information (name, first name, order number and invoice number).

Anchor does not currently offer free returns and the buyer is responsible for paying for the return postage. We recommend that you return your product/s with a tracking number as we cannot be held responsible if your parcel is lost on its way back to us.

If your return involves a refund, this refund will be made as soon as possible and at the latest within 14 days of the date we receive your returned parcel.
 
If you have received damaged goods, Anchor will cover the costs of return. Contact us for more details.
